Here are some things I found online at the Nordstrom Anniversary sale that just started this past week. Most are at a discounted price but the beauty items are Nordstrom exclusive sets put together for just this occasion. I haven't purchased anything for myself but I did order a gift online.

After my Stella and dot trunk show closed I was able to pick up a few Ah-dor-able items at a discount! You might have seen me post the pictures on items on instagram literally a second after opening the box because I was that excited.

I still have access to two half off items and the new fall line just came out TODAY! I can't wait to get my hands on some more goodies. I'm currently lusting after the new gold sutton necklace  and rose gold rebel necklace.

Stella and Dot Spring/Summer 2014 look book

Soooo I have exciting news!
I'm having a stella and dot trunk show at my home in a few weeks!
I can't wait to have a girls night in, drinking wine, having girl talk, eating too many calories and shopping! It's pretty much the perfect night for me.

If you would like to make an order or have any questions about the party message me on Facebook. Anyone not able to attend or want to make purchases before and up to three weeks after the party can do so online. I'm so in love with the line of jewelry and accessories, I really want everything to add to my collection or to give as gifts. I put together a look book of sorts for the spring/summer collection to give ideas on how to wear the items and show some of my personal favorites.


First is a beach ready look. And at first most people would look at the catalog full of statement pieces and think they couldn't work anything at stella at dot in a casual way. However they have lots of delicate necklaces and simple studs that add a touch of simple class.
The scarf used as a sarong, a large tote bag with a s&d iPhone case, and a makeup bag with pool side essentials make up the rest of the look.

The statement necklaces from stella and dot are absolutely TO DIE FOR!
The necklace shown below can we worn with just the mint spike necklace alone, or attached as well, such a versatile piece! I really prefer a large necklace with a plain tee or tank. You can add a necklace extender to them for a longer look too.
This look also features stacked rings, and there are lots to choose from to mix and match and make your own set.
The hair product I have to mention is one of my new favorite discoveries. Oribe haircare products are amazing, shown here is the beach spray which creates texture, shine, and wave.

This cute and casual look showcases how to mix bright colors. The scarf I will be purchasing for myself for sure. The citron clutch and bracelet, pink shorts and turquoise drop earrings are tied together with the scarf for a fun but still simple outfit.

For hitting the town this summer, stella and dot has made it easy to put together a look thats easy to bring from day to night. Both earrings shown can we worn different ways. You simply unclip sections off the earrings to have a stud, a drop, or a chandelier. Perfect for bringing on vacation because they are 3 earrings in one!

They also have an adorable girls collection I just had to share. They have statement necklaces that are scaled down to size, matching necklace/bracelet sets, and earring packs. I also showed a necklace using charms from the regular collection proving how ageless these items can be. The little pouf can be used to hold school items or for her sleepovers.
